DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS

                     The Department of Physics was established in the year 1990 with the combination of Mathematics, Zoology ,Chemistry, Electronics with Computer             Science were introduced.

•   In 2007 M.Sc Physics  was introduced.
  
  

•   Now the strength of  students is around 500

•   The Faculty of  4 Members are well qualified and experienced lectures in Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching
  

     

                    The primary role of the Department is to train the Undergraduate students .The Department of Physics consists of highly qualified, dedicated faculty members and well equipped laboratories. Apart from the college library, the Department of physics has its own separate library consisting of the required books for the purpose of reference to the students as well as faculty members . The Department is committed to engage in high quality in teaching and pursuit of excellence in laboratory, having good Knowledge in different fields like Material Science, Electronics , Microprocessors etc .The faculty members are actively involved in Research and Development and also in interdisciplinary areas of science and technology . The Department strives to train its students to become skilled and motivated physicists.
