1.Faculty Research Publication Achievement

We are proud to share that our esteemed faculty members, M. Inthiyaz Ahammad, Pothula Ratna Reddy, and Mukka Sravani Kumari, Assistant Professors at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, Nandyal, have successfully published a research article titled:

“Customer Perception and Satisfaction Towards E-Banking Service Quality – A Study in Nandyal District”

This article was published in Volume 11, Issue 02 (April–June 2025) of the Inspira Journal of Commerce, Economics and Computer Science (JCECS), a UGC-recognized, peer-reviewed journal with an impact factor of 7.650.

2.Faculty Publication Achievement

We are pleased to announce that Mr. T. Madhava Reddy and Mr. S. Venkat Rao, Assistant Professors in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sri Ramakrishna Degree and P.G College (A), Nandyal, have successfully published their research paper titled:

“Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture: Tools for the Future of Precision and Smart Farming”

The paper was published in a reputed peer-reviewed journal under Inspira Journals on 29th May 2025. This publication reflects the faculty’s commitment to advancing research in the field of smart and sustainable agricultural technologies.

3.Faculty Achievements: Article Published on AI-Driven Succession Planning*

We're proud to announce that Mrs.Karuna Udaya jyoshna faculty from management department has published an article titled "AI-Driven Succession Planning and Employee Engagement System" in a prominent Indian publication. This article explores the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in succession planning, highlighting its role in enhancing employee engagement, predicting future talent needs, and driving business continuity.
