 DEPARTMENT OF TELUGU

                                                    Telugu is a Dravidian native language of India. Sree Krishna Devaraya asserts “DeshaBhashalandhu Telugu Lessa”.  Telugu language has been praised Italian of the East.  It is the fifteenth largest language in the world.  Its inscriptional History starts from 575 A.D.   It is unique in its literary tradition and cultural heritage. Telugu is the official language for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. The Department of Telugu has established in the year 1984 . The Department has highly qualified and well experienced teachers since its inception.

Vision:
 To make students learn the greatness of Telugu heritage, customs and traditions
 Explain the need of Telugu language which has been losing its importance survival.

 To enhance the social, morale, and human values among the student community
